Prebuild Material
Prebuild Material Sdn Bhd is a CIDB Grade G7 precast concrete manufacturer and civil contractor based at Pekan Nanas in Johor. We design and model the components, cast them in our own factory, deliver them in lifting sequence, and erect them on site.
Most precast suppliers stop at the factory gate. Carrying the work through to installation means the casting tolerance, the lifting point and the connection detail are decided by the people who have to live with them on site, under one contract and one programme.

Five stages, from the first shop drawing to the erected frame. Take one of them or the whole package.
We take the consultant's structural design and develop it into precast: element breakdown, connection details, lifting points, cast-in hardware, shop drawings and bar bending schedules.
Components are modelled before anything is cast, so clashes between precast elements, reinforcement, cast-in services and connection hardware are found on screen instead of in the mould.
Steel moulds built in-house to project drawings, then cast and cured under factory control. Columns and beams are produced under the factory production control verified by our CREAM certificate.
Components are released from our yard against the erection programme, so deliveries arrive in lifting sequence. Our own lifting supervisors and crews set them in place.
Flood mitigation and infrastructure works taken directly as main contractor under our CIDB CE21 registration: flood bunds, structural works, detention ponds and drainage.
Components in regular production, plus bespoke moulds built in-house to project drawings.
