Prebuild Material Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 3 December 2019. We manufacture precast concrete components, deliver them, and install them on site.
Our core personnel each bring more than twenty years in the industry. Between them they have delivered PPVC modules for HDB blocks and private condominiums in Singapore, U-trough girders for LRT3 in Malaysia, tunnel lining segments, and structural precast for data centres and public buildings.

Our precast columns and beams are certified by the Construction Research Institute of Malaysia under the CREAM Certification Services scheme.
G7 registration in three categories means we can be appointed directly as main contractor on a civil package, or as a specialist precast subcontractor, without a value ceiling limiting the package size.
The CREAM certificate covers third-party verification of our factory production control for structural columns and beams against BS EN 13225, which satisfies the product conformity requirement on most structural precast specifications.
